From August 24th to 27th, the 2024 Shanxi Shuozhou Ceramic Products Import and Export Fair was held in Yingxian. Ying County ceramics has a long history, rising in the Northern Song Dynasty. It was passed down to the Ming and Qing Dynasties and developed well. It once created a ceramic civilization with strong regional characteristics - the "Huanghualing Ancient Kiln". In the 1970s, the first state-owned ceramics factory was built in Yingxian County, marking the official start of the modern ceramics industry here.
By 2005, Yingxian County had developed into eight ceramic companies, including Tianmei, Volkswagen, Xinxing, Dongjin, and Xinyu. Since then, the county party committee and county government have proposed the idea of vigorously developing the ceramic industry.
Liu Yu, deputy secretary of the Yingxian County Party Committee, introduced that as one of the leading industries in Yingxian County, the county's ceramic production enterprises have now grown to 36 with 36 production lines, including 19 above-scale ceramic enterprises, including baked flower processing and flower paper production. There are more than 30 companies related to , accessories production, packaging design, etc., and more than 40 small and micro ceramic e-commerce companies. The annual production capacity of daily-use porcelain has reached 1 billion pieces, and the annual production capacity of architectural porcelain has reached 52 million square meters. The industry-wide annual output value has reached 2.15 billion yuan. The products are sold nationwide and exported to many countries and regions.

According to reports, Yingxian Ceramics has also played a great role in solving people's employment problems. At present, Yingxian's ceramic manufacturing industry can only achieve annual operating income of 1.36 billion yuan for regulated enterprises, directly employing 16,000 people, and has become an important channel for employment, an important source of tax revenue, and an important carrier for entrepreneurship.
At the same time, with TaoThe porcelain industry continues to grow, driving the development of local bakery, packaging, logistics, e-commerce and other industries. The industrial agglomeration effect is obvious, indirectly driving the employment of more than 10,000 people, providing strong support for employment and entrepreneurship and for people to increase their income and become rich.
