At the beginning of November, under the instruction of General Manager Zhong of the Qingyuan Base of the Wells Ceramics Group, the Qingyuan Base carried out the activity of "monthly learning of fire safety regulations, skills comparison, and practice on the job". In order to test the fire safety knowledge and practical skills of all employees, a fire protection knowledge and fire skills competition was organized under the organization of the Qingyuan Base Labor Union and Administrative Office. The competition started in early November and ended on November 22. A total of 63 departments (workshops) in the Qingyuan base participated in the competition. From the team preliminary rounds and workshop semi-finals in each workshop to the first round of the base's overall elimination, a total of 12 teams were selected to enter. finals. The 12 teams that entered the finals went through four hours of fierce competition to finally determine the top six in terms of fire protection knowledge and skills this year.

This fire safety knowledge competition is another large-scale safety education competition event held by the Qingyuan Production Base of Wells Ceramics Group after the "National 21st Safety Production Month" Grand Prix held in May this year. The competition's scenario simulation and practical skills competition demonstrated that employees have mastered the correct use of fire extinguishers, fire hoses, and safety helmets, and can also perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation emergency rescue operations proficiently. This fully reflects the major change in employees' safety literacy from the company's strict safety management requirements of "I want to be safe" to today's "I want to be safe", marking a new level of safety production management at the Qingyuan base.
