The annual list of "40 UNDER 40 Outstanding Youth in Chinese Design" was launched by Guangzhou Design Week in 2016 under the professional background of IFI certification and global simultaneous promotion. and other core content, publish and commend no more than 40 young designers under the age of 40 (inclusive) in cities/provinces/regions/country with outstanding performance and professional achievements in interior design, architectural design, garden landscape design and related fields, aiming to promote The backbone of Chinese design work together to grow, highlighting the exciting journey of Chinese design.
On November 21, the "40 UNDER 40 China (Shangrao) Outstanding Youth Design Award Ceremony (2022-2023)" concluded successfully in the atrium on the first floor of Shangrao Wanda Plaza. This event is sponsored by Guangzhou Design Week, organized and planned by Hui Design, the operating agency of 40 UNDER 40 Shangrao List, and co-organized and supported by Boloni integrated kitchen whole-house customization, Nobel ceramic tiles, Carrier central air conditioning, and Henglong imported electrical appliances.

Ms. Zhao Fangyan, Design Director of Jiangxi Hongshi Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. shared her love, exploration and persistence in design since she started her career. She also talked about some of her experiences when starting her own business and shared of her design work.
