On November 29, Wrigley Home Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wrigley Home") issued an announcement about applying for comprehensive credit from banks in 2023 and providing guarantees. In view of the company's long-term good business cooperation with many large commercial banks, in order to improve financing efficiency and reduce financing costs, combined with the daily production operations and business development needs of the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, including the company, Gaoming Anhua, Faen Sanitary Ware, Jingdezhen Lehua, Jingdezhen Lehua, Zhaoqing Lehua, Lehua Intelligent, Faen Anhua, Hengye Kitchen and Bathroom, Lehua Hengye E-commerce, Shenzhen Wrigley, Faensa Bathroom and Hengye Hardware and other 13 parent companies and wholly-owned subsidiaries within the scope of consolidated statements plan to apply to banks for comprehensive credit facilities totaling approximately 8.821 billion yuan (with an exposure of approximately 7.106 billion yuan) in 2023; at the same time, the company and its subsidiaries plan to Provide guarantees with a total amount of no more than approximately RMB 8.821 billion for the above comprehensive credit and financing matters.
