At the same time, Sun Ceramics has also comprehensively upgraded the old production lines with intelligence, and successively demolished the porcelain tile and exterior wall brick lines to create two intelligent large-panel lines.

In the first half of 2021 alone, 6 ceramic companies in the Pan-Gaoan Production Zone have been acquired or leased, and under the promotion of the new business owners, most of the production lines of these acquired or leased companies have been fully put into production. Intelligent equipment upgrades and transformations will lead to qualitative improvements in terms of production efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection.
According to "Ceramic Information", from May 2020 to January 2021, in just over half a year, Asus Holding Group successively acquired two large ceramic companies and attracted much attention from the industry. The production line was built into an intelligent base. With an annual production capacity of 150 million square meters, it quickly became the third largest ceramics enterprise in the country in terms of production capacity.

Through comprehensive equipment upgrades, comprehensive technology introduction, and comprehensive quality benchmarking, Geely Ceramics will be built into a medium plate production base.
In mid-June 2021, Jiangxi Xinhuanbao Ceramics Co., Ltd. fully acquired Jiangxi Diwei Ceramics Co., Ltd. As a Wenzhou ceramics enterprise rooted in high-security production areas, the development momentum of Xinhuanbao CeramicsRapidly, after the company invested in the expansion of Xiushui's first smart panel production line on October 8 last year, in May this year, it completed and put into operation a large panel production line at the Gao'an base through the method of "tearing down the old and building new ones".

Especially this year, affected by the rising prices of raw materials such as coal, cartons, and chemicals, corporate production costs continue to rise, and most manufacturers are facing severe operating pressure.
